BurnTerra is in its foundational stage, and the work has already begun. Before land is secured and sanctuary becomes reality, we must establish the legal, organizational, and strategic framework that will make this vision sustainable and lasting.
We are seeking seed funding to cover incorporation costs, governance development, community consultation, Indigenous relationship-building, and essential operational expenses. These early contributions are not symbolic — they are structural.
We are also calling in volunteers and content creators from the transgender community — writers, designers, organizers, storytellers, strategists, builders. If you have skills, voice, time, or lived experience to contribute, you are part of this foundation. This sanctuary will not be built for us. It will be built by us.
